Our Home-Brewed Beers


Our flagship lager developed from a Wisconsin recipe from the 19th century

Named after our neighboring community settled by German speakers looking for religious and economic freedom. They called their new home "Free City".

Lots of natural plum puree and organic granola goes into our fruited tart ale.

Named after a Great Lakes schooner, Traveler is a hoppy pale ale that its English captain would have found appropriate for long journeys.

Our 15 bbl. brewing system started at the Titletown Brewery in Green Bay. We moved it to OG in 2020.

Naturally carbonated from a vintage yeast strain from Germany, our wheat ale is a perfect pairing to our sausages.

Our Good Old Boys rye whiskey barrel aged beer is made with all English malt and hops. Aged for over 6 months in Kentucky barrels.
