Sourdough Pizza Class
One evening class, 5:30-8:30 pm. Hand stretch, create, assemble and bake your own pizza in our wood burning oven. Learn the process of sourdough and making the highest quality ingredients for your own pizzas. Take home a pizza kit for your family. Price includes your pizza dinner, appetizers and two beverages of your choice.​

Sausage Making
Two evening class, 5:30-9 pm.
Hands-on opportunity of mixing spices and grinding and stuffing up to four different sausages. One sausage you will design with the class. You will learn safe food handling practices and the fundamentals of combining the right ratios of protein, fats, water, salt and spices. Gain an understanding how we cook and smoke sausages to guarantee quality. You will take home four pounds of different sausage. Price includes a sausage dinner each of the two evenings, with appetizers and beverages.
